Due to the great interest and many exciting topics, the first day of the event already started at 9.30 am. The highlight of the morning was the presentation of the new version CATALOGcreator® 2020 by the team leader product development, Daniel Binder.
Parallel workshops by TID and partners offered a diverse range of topics in the afternoon of the first day.

During an introductory workshop CATALOGcreator® users met in plenum to test the new concept of Lean Coffee. Under the guidance of the head of projects Hermann Arya, the participants exchanged ideas about this new and agile method. The feedback from the participants confirmed the success of this innovative approach!
Even though the weather was not on our side for the steamboat trip on the Ammersee, this did not dampen the mood. In a familiar atmosphere, partners and employees of TID as well as interested parties and users of CATALOGcreator® finished the evening with good food and drinks.

In their presentations, the reference customers Carl Zeiss Microscopy GmbH (with Partner PANTOPIX), INNIO Jenbacher GmbH & Co. OG (former GE Jenbacher) and ASM SMT Solutions showed on the second day of the event how CATALOGcreator® is used in different projects.
The subsequent panel discussion brought a breath of fresh air to the cDAY programme. The plenum gladly seized the opportunity to ask questions directly to the participants in the projects.

In short...
Old tried and tested cDAY highlights such as the steamboat trip on Lake Ammersee and a prominent guest speaker were complemented by the new formats TID Lab, Lean Coffee and the panel discussion. In addition to presentations and workshops by customers, the TID team and partners on the software for electronic spare parts catalogues and service information systems CATALOGcreator®, the event thus provided the framework for an agile exchange of experiences.
