myGüdel: Customer and service portal of the future - InfoTwin as a single source of truth to eliminate data silos and maximize the use of existing data

Five editorial sites with their own archives, 90,000 existing documents and more being added almost daily; customers and service employees with the requirement to be able to access these documents at any time and documentation teams who are regularly confronted with subsequent deliveries... This was the initial situation at Güdel. The presentation shows how the use of Quanos InfoTwin enabled the company to respond to these requirements.
We will also provide an outlook on the additional added value and potential that we can still tap into based on this stable foundation.
