This presentation will give you a practical insight into how ProXES has successfully integrated the Quanos SIS.one system into internal and external service processes. The focus will be on specific use cases, added value and everyday experiences: from the initial situation with a high level of manual effort and a “fire department” mentality in spare parts service to a largely automated system that now runs stably with minimal personnel input and creates scope for further development. The presentation will also show how the system is integrated directly into the HMI of the system and what benefits this offers our customers. Under the motto “From practice for practice”, we would like to share our experiences and inspire other companies on how digital tools can noticeably relieve and professionalize service.
