Tim Rausch works as Customer Success Manager for Quanos InfoTwin at Quanos Solutions GmbH.

He accompanies our customers along their customer journey from proof-of-value, initial onboarding and productive use through to support for Quanos InfoTwin and therefore always has an eye on the individual challenges and needs of a project. As a trained industrial mechanic and a technical writer with an M.Sc. degree (Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences), he has been active as a consultant in the field of technical documentation for several years.
