Robert Hacker is an experienced marketing expert with over a decade of experience. Working in marketing and product management since 2009, he began specializing in software solutions for information management in customer service, service and spare parts management in 2014. After holding positions as Head of Marketing at Docware GmbH (since 2017) and Quanos Service Solutions GmbH (since 2020), he was promoted to Head of Performance Marketing DACH in 2023. In this role, he successfully develops marketing strategies to increase growth and brand awareness.
