Matthias Schumpp has been working at Winterhalter Gastronom GmbH since 1996 and leads a team of three that is responsible for all topics related to technical documentation and information. From the early days with MS Word and simple drawing programmes to the latest milestones such as the introduction of ST4 in 2019 and the leap into automation in 2023, he and his team have been constantly developing the documentation at Winterhalter Gastronom GmbH.
