Florian Claus has been working for Mercedes-Benz AG since 2015 and is developing innovative processes and methods as a solution business architect in Global Customer Service & Parts since 2018. As project manager, he is responsible for the development and worldwide publication of visual vehicle navigation. With 3D geometry data from development and parts list data from after-sales in addition with products of Quanos Solution GmbH, a new, fast, intuitive and language-neutral way of selecting spare parts is being created. Additionally, he is creator and initiator of the idea of automated spare parts image creation in the authoring process.
