Manuel Hauser is working for Mercedes-Benz AG since 2015 and is developing processes, methods and systems for the worldwide publication of spare parts information as a business architect in Global Customer Service & Parts. As part of the strategic project parts information, he was responsible for the agile development of the system MB Parts together with the Quanos Solution GmbH. Since the successful completion of the project in 2020, as Lead Architect Parts Information, he is responsible for the worldwide publication of Mercedes-Benz spare parts information in a wide variety of internal and external frontends with over 15 million service calls per day.
