Thomas Riegler has been a consultant in the VDMA Software and Digitization Association since 1999.

Among other things, he is responsible for the topic of customer service from an IT perspective. This includes service management systems, remote service, knowledge management, digital spare parts catalogs/webshops, as well as topics such as virtual and augmented reality (AR/VR), CRM and variant management.
