Ralf Robers has a degree in electrical engineering and is head of the documentation department at Körber Supply Chain Logistics GmbH in Constance. He has been working in technical communication for over 30 years. In 1999, Ralf Robers was one of the first to introduce ST4 (then “Schematext”) for technical documentation in a company in the German capital goods industry. 
He has written a number of specialist articles, presentations and white papers for tekom and other professional associations and is co-author of the specialist book “Kundendokumentation für Konsum- und Investitionsgüter” (Beuth-Verlag). Ralf Robers has been working as Deputy Chairman of the tekom Board since 2017 and has been President of the international iiRDS consortium since January 2018.
