After completing his vocational training and his training as a state-certified technician in the field of electrical engineering, he held various positions. He has been head of Technical Documentation at JENOPTIK Robot GmbH since 2005. In 2009, he successfully completed his Master of Science in Technical Communication at the Krems University for advanced training. Important milestones in his area of responsibility include setting up the technical editorial team, introducing an electronic spare parts catalogue system, and since 2023, the setting up of variant and configuration management for all of the company's products.
