Romina Lindner first completed a degree in English and American Studies, followed by a course in technical documentation. She worked as a technical writer for 9 years before taking over as Head of Documentation at KNAPP AG in 2020. To expand her specialist knowledge, she completed an extra-occupational course in knowledge management in 2024 and since then has increasingly focused on making product information more usable in the company and optimizing information processes.
