The Future of After-Sales-Service: Interactive Spare Parts Catalogues

In the beginning of February 2017, the Spare Parts Business Platform took place for the fifth time in Stockholm. The congress provided over 100 international participants an insight in current trends, topics and developments in after sales management. The event focused on the development of a working strategy for the aftermarket, after sales service, as well as spare parts sale and logistic.
