New competence center supports scalable use of AI
The “Quanos AI Hub” competence center combines plusmeta’s leading AI expertise in the field of technical documentation with Quanos’ extensive technology and market expertise to develop practical solutions for technical documentation, spare parts catalogs, and aftersales and service for the entire Quanos product portfolio. The aim: to empower companies to use artificial intelligence in a sustainable, profitable, and future-proof way.
The AI-based solutions automate complex documentation and aftersales processes, minimize errors, and significantly reduce operating costs. Drawing on bundled AI expertise across all Quanos products, the competence center develops tailored solutions for the digital transformation in technical communication while ensuring the highest level of data quality and IT security. In doing so, the Quanos AI Hub enables Quanos to take a leading technological role in AI-supported documentation and service solutions — and to systematically build on this position.
plusmeta provides the foundation
The team at Karlsruhe-based plusmeta GmbH, which has been part of Quanos Solutions since 2023, provides the technical and human basis for the Quanos AI Hub. With proven expertise in AI-based automation in the context of technical documentation, plusmeta has the know-how needed to integrate artificial intelligence across all Quanos products in a practical and efficient manner – as has already been done in ST4 AI Jetpack, AI Connector, AI Assistant, and, most recently, ST4 AI Writer.
This provides a solid foundation for the Quanos AI Hub – a company-wide, central unit for all AI activities within Quanos Solutions. plusmeta is fully integrated in the Quanos AI Hub as an independent structure.
plusmeta platform to stay, with further development in the future
The plusmeta platform – the tried-and-tested intelligent software for AI-based automation – is to be retained and integrated into the Quanos product portfolio. In the future, the support and ongoing development of the platform will come under the umbrella of the Quanos AI Hub. The “plusmeta” product name will remain in place as an established brand. As an integral part of the Quanos product portfolio, the platform will benefit from a larger pool of resources as well as the technological expertise and extensive market knowledge of Quanos Solutions.

This development brings with it a whole host of benefits for existing customers and partners of the plusmeta platform: Customers will still have the same contact partners, but they will be supported by dedicated product management and even greater synergies within Quanos. Existing interfaces and integration options for software solutions outside the Quanos product world will remain and will be expanded further in the future.
