Please note that Quanos Solutions GmbH generally does not support operating system and browser versions for which support has already been discontinued by the manufacturer.

 

Server Operating System for PARTS-PUBLISHER Workbench and Webserver

Recommended:

  • Windows Server 2025

Alternative:

  • Windows Server 2022
  • Windows Server 2019

Client Operating System for PARTS-PUBLISHER Workbench and Offline Catalogs

Recommended:

  • Windows 11 23H2/24H2

Alternative:

  • Windows 11 22H2
  • Windows 10 22H2

Supported Browsers

ExportDynamic is optimized for the current browser version available at the time of release: as well as the last two versions of:

  • Edge
  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari

Older browser versions are no longer supported or only partially supported. There may be corresponding restrictions for certain functionalities. It is therefore generally recommended that you always use the latest browser versions in order to achieve the best possible performance and a full range of functions.

BETA and RC versions are not supported.

Databank Server

Recommended:

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2022 (16.0)

Alternative:

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2019 (15.0)
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2017 (14.0)
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2016 SP2 (13.0)

Application Server and Java-Runtime

The latest sub-versions of the versions mentioned must always be used.
