From cDAY and customer forum to the first joint Quanos cDAY 

The cDAY and the customer forum have a long history. For the first time since the company changed its name to Quanos Service Solutions on November 01, 2020, the event brought together CATALOGcreator® & PARTS-PUBLISHER users as well as new customers of Quanos SIS.one.  

We would like to thank all interested parties, customers and partners who were part of the Quanos cDAY 2021 and enriched it with their presentations, active networking and sharing of experiences.

Virtual event with exhibitors

As last year, the event highlight had to take place virtually. Even though face-to-face on-site events are long awaited, Quanos was able to learn from the advances and innovations for virtual events and implemented them successfully.

Interested parties, customers and partners from the mechanical & vehicle engineering, medical and agricultural sectors, among others, listened to exciting presentations and interactive sessions using the event platform.

The topics varied from the possibilities of using electronic spare parts catalogs and service information systems to promising visions for the future with the Digital Information Twin.

In addition to current topics on the digitization of after sales, communication and networking were at the top of the agenda. Various tools of the event platform made this easy for the participants. Virtual 3D exhibition stands as well as live chat enabled a high level of professional communication and an exchange with experts at eye level.

Also this year, Robert Schäfer, CEO of Quanos Service Solutions, did not miss the opportunity to personally welcome the participants to the Quanos cDAY 2021. Rafi Boudjakdjian, CTO, started with a technical introduction to the upcoming all-day event.

KEYNOTE: FRANK EILERS IMPRESSES AS SPEAKER

As a keynote speaker, Frank Eilers today highlights various aspects of new work, digitization and artificial intelligence in his talks. In his keynote speech "Service is the new sales: How will we work tomorrow?", Frank Eilers impressed the audience at Quanos cDAY 2021 with his knowledge and his charming and humorous manner.

What role does the Digital Information Twin (DIT) play in the market and what are the visions of Quanos Solutions? Ralph Lingmann, Head of Marketing at Quanos Solutions, thematically started the day with these exciting questions.

“WHAT’S NEW”: QUANOS SIS.ONE

Daniel Binder, Senior Product Specialist, introduced the new Quanos SIS.one digital service information system, which has been on the market since April 2021 alongside the products CATALOGcreator® and PARTS-PUBSLISHER.

BEST PRACTICE

Robert Nebenführ (Fronius International GmbH), Andreas Schott and Markus Heubeck (SL innovativ) with Michail Kapouniaris (Govecs AG) and Joern Karthaus (Kampf) presented the successful cooperation with Quanos and the added value of using a digital spare parts catalog.
